Floor gratings, also known as steel gratings or metal gratings, are metal formed grid patterns made to provide traction and allow for water drainage over an opening. Steel Gratings are common in industrial and commercial facilities and are used in production plants and on sidewalks where liquid or debris may be present. Steel gratings are available in both mild steel or hot dipped galvanized with plain or serrated designs. Steel Gratings are strong and lightweight, making them an ideal choice for projects ranging from trenches and stair treads to decking and steel flooring.

The most common grade of steel grating or metal grating is ASTM A36. ASTM A36 is a popular mild steel grade suitable for various use in engineering and general construction applications. Having low carbon steel specifications, ASTM A36 provides great durability and excellent weld ability, despite limited strength. ASTM A36 grating can be further hot dipped galvanized to offer superior corrosion properties. Mild steel grade ASTM A36 is widely used in the construction, maintenance and industrial applications.

1. High quality carbon steel materials are used for hot galvanizing, cold galvanizing, painting and other treatments, with high strength and toughness and long service life.

2. It supports customization according to drawings or requirements, and step steel grating, special-shaped steel grating, plug-in steel grating can be made.

3. High voltage resistance pressure welding machine shall be used, with solid welding, neat welding junctions and free cutting.
